Salon will reopen on May 19, 2020. Please be advised that there are certain regulations that have to be in place. MASKS ARE MANDATORY and must be worn the entire visit. Appointment will be canceled if mask is not worn. Only one person allowed per appointment. Please do not bring anyone with you that is not being serviced. Hours have changed to 9am-2pm and the salon will now be open on Sundays. Appointments are limited to only 3 appointments per day so when it's booked, it's literally booked. I cannot squeeze anyone in when the max of 3 clients is already booked. I appreciate your understanding.
In September, I will be welcoming my baby boy into the world. Please note that I will stop taking clients on August 31, 2020 (unless I am physically able to continue working in September). I will be out on maternity leave until January 2021. I am working on hiring a stylist to service you all while I am away, as I know this will be a long time to be without your favorite stylist. Trust me that whoever I have to take my place will be well qualified to service you. Bookings will continue as stated above until further notice. I have 21 years of experience and I take pride in providing quality service to all of my clients. Please take a moment to read all important information below.
PLEASE NOTE: As of June 1, 2018, I no longer accept appointments for NEW children under 13.
A deposit is mandatory to book an appointment which goes towards your service. Once your appointment is booked, your deposit is non refundable, but can be rolled over to another day if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance prior to your scheduled appointment. You must book your rescheduled appointment within 30 days from the day it was cancelled. You can make changes from the confirmation email that is sent immediately after booking. If you wish to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and you will have to pay a new one.
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are 25 minutes late, you will be charged a $20 inconvenience fee or your appointment may be rescheduled and you will forfeit your deposit. Please try to arrive on time. 10-15 makes a big difference and can throw off my entire day.
I understand things happen and you may not be able to come in for your appointment. However, please give me notice via phone call or text if I'm unable to answer. For no call/no show appointments, you will be charged the full amount of the service for that day, and future appointments cannot be booked for 90 days.
It is strongly encouraged for you to prebook your next appointment before leaving the salon. Spaces fill up quickly and waiting too long may cause you to not be able to book. Prebooking deposit is $15 (the same policy applies for online deposits).
